Based on the reviews, Kettering Plumbing & Drain has experienced professionals who provide quality workmanship and transparent pricing. The technicians are very courteous, professional, and polite. They carefully address all concerns, explain the issue clearly, and quote the exact price for service. Repairs are completed in a timely manner. One technician, Mr. Rubke, put on booties, was very thorough and knowledgeable, and gave several options to fit needs. Another technician, Matt, was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient while explaining plans to correct reoccurring issues. Customers had a great experience and would recommend the company again for future plumbing or HVAC needs.
Needed help installing a new dishwasher because the old water connection was leaking badly. The plumber handled both the installation and the pipe repair during the same visit which saved a lot of hassle. He also made sure the appliance was level and running properly before heading out.
Victoria in the office was very accommodating and polite. And Mr. Rubke- well first of all the man put on booties!! Already scores points. Then he carefully addressed all our concerns and fixed our clog. I would 1000% recommend this company again!!
Guillermo Rubke was our tech that came out to give us an estimate today on a new sump pump & battery backup. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions.
