I have no problems with Jason (jfk) but I had them out to diagnose a furnace issue last winter they wanted close to 1000$ to fix it i investigated it, itwas a 135$ part took 35-45 min to fix but yet they quoted me almost 1000$ to fix i even asked the cost of the part and they wouldnt say anything but flat rate pricing so what was the mark up on the part and/or whats the labor rate, its wrong to try and charge people thst dont know anything cause you can and its just not JFK ITS ANY HAVAC ,ELECTRIC, PLUMBERS ETC: ITS WRONG ,all i can say is just get quotes from others first

At first, when we moved into our home, this company was amazing. They helped us get a brand new furnace put in with no frustration no issues. Everything was great. Well a couple of days ago we smelled a leak in our furnace area, which was coming out of the furnace and into the air of our home. It is something that we smelled often, but just didn’t understand or realize that it was gas. It was very faint but noticeable to others that will come over. We called Jfk and spoke with Amber this morning just to get some advice on who we need to go through whether it be HVAC services our warranty department, (JFK- who installed the furnace) or our gas And again we’re afraid and scared. Our kids are living in the house. We’re in a frantic situation right now. She was highly rude, disrespectful, offensive, and came off smart Alec, for no reason. I simply let her know that we were only calling for advice and we were not pushing the blame on anyone we just don’t know what to do. The services have already been done and we were just trying to get help on where do we turn? I did not appreciate the way she spoke to us and I did acknowledge that to her, and I also let her know how rude she was being on the phone as well. Furthermore, we will continue our services with our warranty department however we will be moving on to another furnace department for HVAC concerns it was just not OK the way she was acting and put a very distasteful taste in our mouths. There was absolutely no reason for her to act the way. in no way am I deterring anyone from using this Company Everybody is not for everybody but our experience today set the record straight that we are going to shop around and get someone else, even gonna their company have worked on our home for many years according to the previous owners, so I’m sorry to say this we are going to be finding another company because I will not be talked to in that way by anybody especially by someone who’s being paid by us.

From the first call, Ember was wonderful in answering my questions and scheduling my AC unit to be repaired through my home warranty. Gary arrived and was amazing! He came on time my AC is running like new! I'm so grateful for their outstanding customer service and will definitely be looking to use them again, if necessary.

They understand heating and cooling well, and they work hard to make sure the entire experience is easy. JFK is by far the best company of its kind, and I'd recommend them without reservation. JFK was fantastic. They came and cleaned up a horrible install done by another local company (come to find out wasn’t licensed) that the home warranty company had sent out. Ember was great to deal with and talked me through my frustration about the situation. She made me feel comfortable and I was able to trust them after all we had gone through. They accomplished in a week what had not been accomplished in 5 months. I will continue to use them for the cleaning of the new units. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you guys for giving me faith back and doing the job correctly. Not even correctly, they did it perfectly and to code. Thank you so much JFK team. Ember & Jason are great people and it shows in the way they operate. They were able to provide me a cost upfront that was fairly priced and one of the lowest quotes I received, and then they stuck to what they said they would do. They were able to schedule me NEXT DAY, and then on the day of my appointment the technicians, Rob & Colt, called ahead and were even a little early! Rob & Colt were friendly and helpful and had everything they needed ready to go when they showed up. They got the job done quickly and I could immediately feel the cold air pouring out the vents. HALLELUJAH!! Making payment was simple and hassle free and it was exactly how much they had told me it would be, no hidden fees or issues. They even shut the garage door for me when they left, which I really appreciated. Very respectful guys! Furnace went out and JFK showed up much faster than I had expected. Turned out it was a problem with the thermostat. Honest as the day is long, top quality work and very professional. EDIT to review last year. New heat pump and air handler unit was installed in July 2021. I am having issues with it freezing up and the fan not working on the outdoor unit now so I call a company out to diagnose and find out my warranty for 10 years covering parts was never registered so now I only have the 5 year warranty. So I call JFK and ask to speak to Jason Kirby the owner and Ember the receptionist proceeds to ask me what this is concerning so I proceed to tell her what happens and she immediately tells me they are not responsible for registering the equipment. In the middle of our conversation a man starts telling me they are not responsible for registering my equipment as he starts getting louder and louder and becoming more argumentative. I ask the man his name and he says Jason the owner. Jason continues getting louder and louder telling me it is not their responsibility to register the warranty nor tell me that I should register it to receive my 10 year warranty instead of 5. Nothing got accomplished except yelling at me, and poor customer service with this awful company and owner Jason Kirby. Go somewhere else.Services: HVAC system maintenance

This was the 3rd time within the year we have had sewage and clog problems.Not only did JFK fix my problem. They were so professional. They took the time to explain exactly what was being done as well as cleaning up prior to them leaving.I recommend this Company . The pricing was also explained prior to them working on the problem.
