No call back after leaving message on website and phone voicemail.My response to this owner. So I see you responded to my post here after a month of me waiting to hear from you. I used the contact info you provided. Still, no phone call from you. I wanted to use your company based on the other positive Google posts that you helped other customers. I understand the excuses you provided, but at least a phone call to explain. You're right! There's other companines that want to provide excellent customer service and prompt contact to get my business and $$$. My two stars were definitely justified and weren't lowered to a zero.

I hired Jason to do a very simple repair at my rental house. He told me he would show up the next day between 9&12. I let the tenant know and the tenant adjusted his work schedule to be there. Unfortunately, Jason didn't show up and didn't call me to let me know he wasn't going to make it. After many text messages, which Jason never replied, I finally called him. He let me know he would've there the next day then didn't respond to my text messages to confirm.

Tried for 3 weeks to get a estimate from this man. Eveyday comes a different excuse. I called and spoke to him a few times. He promised over & over to get an estimate to me as well as when he could start. This Company IS ALL TALK AND NO SHOW! I hired the right Contractor at the right price, as well as their Professionalism.
