Installed a mailbox (box atop post). They were on time!; professional; specific/clear on what services would be involved; and followed thru exactly. I know a mailbox may seem like a simple job - but I've had 2 contractors who were no-shows; another who was too expensive; a prior mailbox installed incorrectly, resulting in it toppling over within a few months. So YES! I'm pleased w I/O's service and intend to use them for future jobs.
