I was sceptical with the comments from the past, but this dentist is really good! Got me in quickly. Nobody was rude at all, everyone was very sweet. The lady cleaning my teeth we talked the whole time. And the dentist was nice as well. So I definitely would not look at the old bad comments. I definitely will continue coming here.

The Englewood & Clayton dental office has both mean Dentists and staff. One of the drs wanted to send me all the way to Columbus just to have a root canal done-I ended up finding an another local dentist to do it. Then a a couple months later, the office mgr had the nerve to drop my family and I as patients from their sorry practice because my mother was in the hospital for a week and a half- Plus, their office looked like a small, dirty basement apartment !! I would NOT recommend this practice in the future ever again!!

Let’s be honest, nobody likes the dentist and I am terrified of it, but hands down this is the BEST Dentist I have ever been to, and BEST experience I have ever had! I believe a new Dentist has taken over, which all good things to say about Dr. S! The Hygienist that also worked to assist and do my cleaning are phenomenal. I felt so welcomed, reassured, and wanted while there. They are so sweet and funny! They also talk you through everything they are doing while working on your teeth. I will be making this my home dentist for sure!

I had an appointment at 3:30. At 4:05 I was told they were just cleaning the room in prep for me. They then proceeded to take two patients back. It is now 4:35 and I still am in the waiting room. Office closes in 20 minutes. Save yourself the headache and time, 0/10 do not recommend!

They really take care of your teeth but the policy they have with not letting you come back if you miss appt. I don’t remember missing a appt. and I talked with someone else and they said the exact same thing so I don’t know if that’s the way they keep certain people from not coming back or what I am confused.

TERRIBLE Service. Rescheduled my initial appointment with no explanation and i missed my new one due to not having confirmed the time. Every “secretary” i’ve spoken to calling in, has a nasty attitude and no people or customer service skills. They need serious help

The office is only open about 2 days a week and you need to forget calling them. Either no one is there or doesn't answer the phone and if you leave a message you will not receive a return call. They no longer take Medicare or Denta Quest insurance. Dr. Marc is a good doctor and seems to be caring. They cancel appointments often. I have been going for a long time mainly because they took Medicare for my grandkids. Now I have no one that will take it. I would not recommend this dentist because the office practices are too unstable with appointments and limited insurance acceptance.
