DO NOT under any circumstance let this company into your home. They were sent out by Choice Home Warranty to replace our water heater. They replaced it and it works fine. However, in the process they damaged our flooring. I have been going back and forth with them for months now and they have made no effort to repair this or compensate me in any way. Anytime I call they just tell me what I want to hear. Now they have stopped returning my calls. They have an F with the BBB for a reason. DO NOT use this company and I will be calling choice to recommend they stop using them as well.

Worst company ever!!! American Home Shield home warranty company assigned my issue to these people. They accepted the call but NEVER showed up!!! They said they scheduled an appointment for today, October 20 but NEVER contacted me to see if the day worked for me. I waited all day for them to show up. I have called their phone number 3 times. This answering system doesn’t give a company name or anything. This company is a scam. Everyone needs to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
