I used to go to Diva and the owner of the shop used to do my hair. I really liked her and she really stopped my hair really nice. I have went somewhere else and got my haircut professionally before I went to her. But while I was going to her everything was going smooth. So one day my sister and I had a hair appointment and the owner of the shop decided to cut my hair without my permission I thought that she was only going to trim it ends I even heard her say oh your hair grew a little bit trim the ends. I was wrong she cut the hell out of my hair so short that I still to this day hate my haircut I am looking like some Little Beaver with fur on top of my head. I thought I thought I could really trust her but I was wrong. I am still waiting for my hair to grow it is so damn short. Very Disappointed!

I received a quick-weave. Very unprofessional. I express to Tyra I was hurting me during the time of my service Thursday afternoon. This lady cut my hair on my neck did not use a comb to guide it.. so I continue to get stabbed by scissors ✂️. Then took the clippers with no comb under and started to cut.. I almost jumped out the chair I was in so much pain Now it is Sunday and I feel like I have cuts from glass on my neck and my neck is on fire. But she says to me because I kept moving I was irritating her.. I only moved because she was stabbing me or burning me. But that's not all my hair!! the tracks are so tight to my forehead they hurt also . (,It's the glue) I wear glasses that was not considered in my hair do. So now I wear my glasses with tracks right there.. headaches like crazy now.. she told me on the phone 85 but took 100 did not give me my change so I could tip.. this was not a good experience and it's for my birthday hairdo . Also I went back up there the next day to show her. First she was listening after she heard what I said got up start talking across the salon talking about I need to communicate better. But I said your stabbing me over and over and I said the clippers was hot . I told her she did not want to hear it.. saying I'm not hurting you and I was irritating her..

Best salon I've ever went to. They follow inspiration pictures VERY well. I was styled by Tyra, she was very nice and got me in even when she had little time but still did an amazing job. I will be coming back.

You will NOT be disappointed! All of the stylist were very polite and extremely helpful. They even were able to fit me in under short notice and got my hair looking PERFECT. Would absolutely recommend!
