Dr. Kirkland walked patients through every step of the procedure, was very polite and easy to talk to, and his assistant was very helpful, polite, friendly, and very nice. Dr. Hall and staff were very helpful and considerate, going the extra step. Samantha Trout explained all options for a daughter’s acne treatment with no pressure, talking to the 17 year old like a young adult. Dr. Hall performed Mohs on a basal cell; he and his staff were very kind, compassionate, and reassuring. The repair was done immediately, resulting in minimal scarring that blends in well with existing facial lines. Highly recommended.
The office ran like clockwork. The nurses anesthetist and surgeons were kind and efficient. My mom felt very well cared for and comfortable throughout the procedure. The plan procedure, risk and benefits, and possible outcomes were all discussed. Would recommend to anyone.
This was my second visit as I had to have my staples removed. It was better this time as I didn’t have to wait very long where as on my first visit, it seemed to take forever. When I walked in on my first visit, it was obvious they were overbooked as the waiting room was very crowded. it took about 40 mins to be seen. then it was another 35-40 mins until the doctor came in. Then it was at least an hour or more wait while I waited in the alternate waiting room, which was also packed with other patients, for the lab results to come in. Dr Kirkland walked me through every step of the procedure, was very polite and easy to talk to. Also his assistant, which I do not know her name, was very helpful in getting my follow-up appointment scheduled for me at the Dayton location like I needed. She also was very polite, friendly and very nice to talk with. Would recommend this clinic to anyone who needed to be seen there.
