I’m using my daughter’s GMail account this is Michelle A Profitt. We scheduled my daughter a updo one week from her homecoming night . They call us 12 hours before our appointment and canceled because they had no one to do her hair. I told the instructor that we had no one else and everyone was booked out . I asked if she could do her hair since they did not give appropriate notice to cancel. She said nope there is nothing we can do for you. I was so disappointed and my daughter is devastated what to do to get her hair just right for her special night. This isn’t the first time they screwed us out of an appointment. I will never return and do not recommend this school at all. They had no compassion, no heart, just down right cruel . 0 Stars

They gave me a fungal infection on my toe. 😭 I've never had one before. 😭 They will be sued. One time I go outside of my nail shop because they were booked and this is what I get. They are unsanitary cause ain't no way. Let me not get started about the girl who did my nails and tried to glue one nail on top of the other because the first nail she glued on was too small and wouldn't come off. Had I not said anything she would have proceeded. Mind you, she is graduating in 3 weeks. And if you don't believe me, read students reviews. What are you teaching them in this school, apparently not safety and sanitation. I already left one review and I will keep leaving reviews warning people until courts say otherwise. I work on my feet all day and because of these goofballs I'm about to be off trying to heal my toe. I'm so angry.

Went to get a mani-pedi and the work was abysmal, I could've done it myself.

Had highlights done with Brittani S. today and was extremely nervous. I have had the same person doing my hair for atleast 17 years. Due to time, I took the risk and booked with creative images. I was quite nervous but Brittani was so sweet and made me feel at ease. She did an AMAZING job and I am so happy with my hair. It isn't often that my mom and myself are BOTH happy with my hair but that was different this time. I have got so many compliments and feel like a new woman. Not only was Brittani kind and friendly, she listened, was very thorough, and explained everything. I highly recommend Brittani for your hair needs but hurry up, she graduates in August and I already have a few friends and family planning to get on her schedule 😁

If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would, but I am giving two just so my review does not get lost amongst the others.

This school is atrocious and genuinely should be shut down. As a former student; I was treated with the least amount of respect I have ever received in my life by both educators and fellow students. The owner is an older man who knows absolutely nothing about the beauty industry and makes comments about students appearances, will not fix broken equipment or invest in better tools, kits, or educators.

Some very sketchy people hang out around the school peering into car windows, walking into the school unannounced, waiting around outside when girls leave class at night, and the hotel next door is a frequent place for some very bad people to stay. Not to mention the gossip, the fights that breakout almost every single day, the girls are downright disrespectful and mean with no repercussions because the teachers enjoy the drama, the facilities are disgusting since they make students clean them and the refuse majority of the time, and plenty more. They don’t have heat in one side of the building so they provide space heaters and one literally burnt an electrical socket and started smoking. The makeup is expired, and was sitting on the same makeup cart for YEARS. It looked and was a literal bio hazard to put on paying clients and fellow students. I have so many more photos and videos than what is attached below.

I would NEVER suggest anyone waste their time or hard earned money obtaining an “education” here. They do not teach despite what they tell people or portray. They sit students at plastic folding tables and leave the room to talk to other teachers or sit on their phones.

I left this school planning to go to another one to obtain a real and deserved license somewhere better, and Creative images fought me tooth and nail to make sure I paid another $3000 on top of what I had already paid monthly after I unenrolled. So now, I’m too far in debt to even attend anywhere else. I am disgusted that they can’t even own up to their mistakes. No one would even apologize for my experience as I cried on the phone explaining my feelings and the hurt that I went through while enrolled.

Choosing this “school” goes down as my biggest regret so far. Good riddance.

I'll update this later, I already have a manicure appointment set up for today and I want to be as honest as possible. The complaints are mainly administrative and not a dis to my stylist. Lamar did a good job on the cut.

As a trans person, this was not a great time. I booked a men's cut. When I booked, I said I had work at 11am so I needed to be scheduled early. We went for a 9am slot, but what they didn't tell me was that the slots were 2 hours, so it was pushing it and I was in a hurry to leave. Their men's cuts are $12, and all cuts come with a shampoo and style, according to their site. Color me surprised when the total for just the cut was $28, the women's cut price. I didn't have time to rectify that yesterday, since I ended up being late to work anyway, but I will be talking to them about this today.

I had scheduled two services with them, but due to the timing had to reschedule the manicure and I am going back out of courtesy. Will update on how things pan out.

Terrible and unprofessional school. I’ve been calling for months to receive a copy of my transcript. I have not been able to speak to anyone of then the front desk.
