Our experience with Carpet House was ideal from beginning to end! We chose them from among several estimates based on their timeliness and great price. They worked us in quickly, SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME, were friendly & respectful of our home, finished earlier than anticipated, cleaned up, and best of all~ did an immaculate job seamlessly patching our upstairs carpet in worn places and installing new carpet in a room downstairs. I was pleasantly shocked how smoothly the whole process went! Then to top it off, they called a week later to be sure I was satisfied with the work before they ran the remaining payment. Trust me, as a military family who has had to employ many different contractors in many different homes~ Carpet House stands out starkly for their professionalism and customer service! I am very pleased with the carpet installed in my house. The whole process from start to finish was so simple and all four of the workers I was in contact with were overly kind and professional. They went out of their way to get the carpet installed before a certain date needed. I highly recommend this awesome local business.
