I highly recommend Buyers Inspection Services. I’m building and began to have many concerns with my builder after reading reviews and was able to inform the inspector prior to the pre-dry meeting my concerns and what are the common trends I was reading and he was able to calm my nerves and educate me post inspection. There were some observations that was made to the builder that if I didn’t have an inspector it would’ve cost me so yes there is ROI on having Buyers with new construction. Thank you
