Ohio Certified Home Inspectors did an excellent job! They provided a very detailed report and took the time to sit down with my wife and me afterward to walk us through everything and answer all of our questions. They were quick, professional, personable, and clearly very knowledgeable about what to look for during an inspection.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, whether it’s new construction or an older home. They were thorough, didn’t take shortcuts, and gave us confidence that we knew exactly what we were getting into.
