It all started with a phone call on a Friday to an appointment at 10:00am on Monday by George Brockman who discussed all our options then gave us his opinion which we went with. Confirmed order on Monday then scheduled the new furnace/ac unit to be installed on Thursday. We were met by a fabulous team of young gentleman Jordan, Alex and Justin who gave us the BEST SERVICE & INSTALLATION!! Highly recommend them 👍
We’ve been a loyal Brockman customer for over 27 years. Our furnace /ac system went down and since it’s 26 years old we were bracing to be told we must replace the unit. Extremely honest technician (Joe) found a loose wire and then spent an hour double checking everything inside and outside. The unit is working like a new one.
