I just had my first experience with Bonham Electric as they sent out a technician to service my Kohler generator. I have never been so impressed! Mike Masters was like no other tech I've ever had in my 12 years of owning this generator. He did things that were above and beyond all other technicians from other companies in the past. He was also so very personable. It was a pleasure, and I don't say that lightly. If Bonham Electric always comes up to the standards set by Mike, then in my opinion, there couldn't be a better company to trust with any of my electrical issues. Thanks Mike!
We recently moved into an 85-year-old home and needed to update several aspects of the home’s electrical system. First, Bonham evaluated the remaining knob and tube in our home. I think this speaks volumes to the character of their business, but they were quick to tell me it was inactive and did not require remediation. They offered to not even charge me for the evaluation because it was so quick. When I asked them to remove the equipment anyways they had it done quickly and cheaply. We noticed sparks coming from an outlet behind the TV stand and called this electrician right away. He arrived within the hour, moved the furniture carefully, and found damaged wiring that probably should’ve been replaced years ago. He fixed it safely and even checked nearby outlets for peace of mind before leaving.
