Doug and his staff were able to quickly schedule me with a carpet installer this November before the holidays. I had some basement water issues earlier in the year and contacted Doug about having my carpet and a new pad reinstalled. I had been able to save the carpet and dry it and I had removed the old pad since it was 13 years old, when I purchased it from Bockrath Carpet.
The carpet was fine and Eric was able to stretch and reinstall the carpet and recommend a fiber dry carpet cleaning company. I have purchased carpeting and flooring from Doug and his family the past 25 years and will continue to be a customer and recommend them to all my friends.

I stopped into their showroom and Lisa greeted me almost immediately. I told her what I needed for a living room. Since I have no idea how to shop for carpet I left it up to her. After showing me several types of fabric and colors I picked out the one I wanted. I felt the price matched the type of carpet she showed me. Very reasonable. Every employee I came in contact with was just like Lisa. Friendly and polite and very professional. I highly recommend Bockrath.
