Steve was phenomenal!! My husband travels quite a bit and I became concerned that he had brought home bedbugs-- although I could not find evidence one of my daughters appeared to be getting bitten in the night--- I had an idea of the cost but wasn't sure next steps so I called around a few places and Steve took sooooo much time to talk to me about what was going on, answered ALL my questions and even offered to come on a SATURDAY to do an inspection to see what he could find. Not sure how we got these little bastards, but I fought them for a month and threw money out the window doing it. I got tired of fighting them and called Scott. He came in hot, literally, and using his heat machines he killed them all, eggs included. We are now bug free and happy. Give him a call if you have to deal with these pest. He will take care of them for you quickly and at a good price.

Great service Scott helped walk me through the process and was on call through the whole thing to answer any questions ( while on vacation at that ) and a very reasonable price if I ever had this problem again I would definitely go back will recommend 100 times over the whole crew was pleasant to work with from pick up to drop off and everything in between and definitely heat it to beat it
