Worked with Jarrod to get our roof shingles replaced. He took care of everything and made the process completely painless. Roof was completely replaced in about a day. Looks excellent! Thanks guys ❤️

Great company and people. Jared isn’t a storm chaser or going to upsell you. He was honest and came to the table with options. We ended up not getting insurance involved (like he recommended). He kept me informed on timing and progress. I would recommend AlphaOne to everyone.

Returned March 16th and found the wind storm while we were gone had blown some shingles off our roof. Called another roofing company and they said they were backed up (which was understandable) but said they could send someone in a couple of days. I followed up and they said I was at the top of the list and they would be there Thursday the 19th. I called Thursday and then again Friday and they didn’t answer the phone, and no one has called or come. Someone gave me the AlphaOne contact so I called them, and they said they would be out Monday morning the 23rd, and Jarrod showed up as scheduled.
