Advantage Plumbing Heating & Air was contacted by our home warranty company (Advantage Home Warranty) to service our furnace when it went out on the first snowy day of the season. Bob arrived within the window provided. He was courteous, even putting on shoe covers upon entering our home. He found and addressed the issue quickly, and went above & beyond by cleaning the flame sensor and providing valuable knowledge/taking measurements for a quote due to age of our system and the inevitable future of needing a new system soon (but hopefully not too soon)! I am writing to say "Thank You" to your two technicians, Ramsey and Dustin, for their outstanding job in replacing part of the Exterior Sewer Line Pipe on the front lawn of my home in Huber Heights, Ohio 45424 on Sep 3, 2025. Ramsey and Dustin, were both very conscientious, hard working and professional. I was very impressed by their work ethic as they completed this difficult and important job in about 5 hours. Both men were super to work with. They are a credit to your company and I request you pass on my thanks to them for a job well done.
Had a great experience with Advantage Plumbing. They showed up on time, diagnosed the issue fast, and had it fixed the same day. The plumber was professional, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. Pricing was fair, and the work was clean and solid. It’s not easy finding reliable service these days, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend.
