“We’ve had a great experience building our new home with Wayne Homes. From the beginning, we felt like we were getting a beautiful, quality home at a price that was honestly the best we found for our area.

Our field manager has been wonderful! She has stayed on top of everything, kept the build moving along smoothly, answered our questions, and made sure things were taken care of along the way. Having someone we trust overseeing our home has made such a difference during this whole process.

Building a house can definitely have its stressful moments, but overall we are so happy with our experience and, most importantly, we absolutely LOVE our new home. Watching it go from an empty piece of land to the home we’ll be making memories in has been pretty amazing.

We’re so excited to finally see everything coming together, and I would absolutely recommend Wayne Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. We feel like we got a beautiful home for a great price, and we’re very thankful for everyone who helped make it happen! ❤🏡”

“This is the first landlord I have rented through that actually seems to care about their tenants. We had a problem with our gas oven not turning off and turning on by itself due it literally just being old. We called and Steve was there within 15 minutes and we had a brand new oven within 2 business days. They are always so pleasant over the phone and when we go in to the office to pay our rent. The woman who works at the office asked me how our cats were when we went in to pay the rent and asked us if we had any concerns that needed needed addressed. They just really care about their tenants and want to make sure everything is in proper working order! I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone looking to rent in BG!”
