“I called 7 contractors for a small siding fix (that was high on our gable). Woodruff was the ONLY to return my call - Josh shared they were really busy, but if I didn't hear back from anyone else, to give him another call. After a week, not a word from any other contractor. I called him back and he worked us in! The repair looks great.“

“Giving us a free estimate, and having a conversation about the best way to go about our renovation to be cost effective. After the work they did on the outside of our home; we are planning our kitchen renovation with them. They actually came out and fixed a situation where we got stiffed by another company that left us hanging and took our money. He was busy,but fit us in. Nothing was an issue.“
“*** Update of my original review***Today I got a personal visit from the Vice President of the company explaining that their web server was having a problem and they never got my requests for quotes. He handled the issue with an extremely professional manner and offered a very sincere apology for the problem. I have yet to contract them for my job so I can't comment on their work, but I have a feeling that their owners professionalism would be reflected in their job performance. At this point I would like to change my rating from 1 star to 5.Not impressed with their customer service. I filled out a quote request twice on their website and have received any response back after three weeks.“
