The ladies at the office are great. Heidi, our Design Consultant was very detailed when going over plans and picking finishes. Things we didn't even think about, she did! Overall we are in love with our home. The contractors Wayne Homes used did a great job. Any concerns we had our field manager, David addressed right away. Even being in our home now for a month, we keep in touch with David. Majority of the issues we encountered were with things that Wayne Homes doesn't deal with (water, sewage, electric hookups on our land). From first meeting with our consultant, and then design with Heidi, to working the build with Brandon, our entire process was so easy and beautiful. Working with Premier Bank, through Wayne, and our new mortgage officer, made the financial aspect so simple and easy, which I feel can often be so intimidating when building. We loved the personal details and suggestions Heidi had to make our home special, and within our budget, after she took her time to get to know our family. Stopped by to consider Wayne Homes for a new house. The result was considerable interest. We toured a model home that was extremely close to what we had in mind. Prices are disclosed open, something virtually every builder chokes at. Construction looks good!
