I called Transit & Flow to get another quote due to a sump failure. I spoke with, I believe the owner , and received an appointment for the same day . The technician Aloune came out and was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. He did not try to up-sell me. I got 3 quotes from 3 companies and decided on this one. Although they were not the cheapest they were also not the most expensive. It’s the fact that their prices were fair and there was no pressure sales like I received from a few others that really sold me. Aloune came on time and did the work quickly. I look forward to working with them again for my other pluming projects.
Michael and Transit & Flow are absolutely amazing! We had a flooded basement and several other companies cancelled on us last minute, and getting ahold of a real person with them was next to impossible. Not only did Michael get someone out to help us that same day even though it was at that point the evening, but he also was able to get us in touch quickly with the other professionals we needed to fix the various problems the flood caused. He was kind, professional, and dedicated, addressing our problem with the urgency it required and providing a human touch.
