I booked the sauna heavy detox and was assisted by the owner, Susan. She was incredibly sweet and accommodating during my service; it’s clear she has a lot of pride in her business and care for her clients. I left the sauna feeling relaxed and refreshed!
I have gone to Thrive for years since they opened to use their Sunlighten Infrared Saunas. The saunas were a miracle to me and my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome muscle spasms that Medical Doctors and others were unable to help me with. Thrive has always been a serene reprieve for me. It's a soothing place to go and an oasis of healing. Susan is passionate about her clients and her business.

Super clean place and friendly staff! I asked them about the infrared saunas and they were very informative and even let me try it out. I’m definitely going to be scheduling those regularly! This is a quality place. Now I can’t wait to get a massage there as well.
