Brought in 2 king comforters on 7/11/23 and they told me it would be ready 8/8/23. I ended up getting one of the comforters by then, but the other one they were unable to locate. Throwing out reasons like "oh it must be at another warehouse." And then they tell me they will call me back by end of week, but they never did. In fact, I reached out to them 3 times afterwards in the following 3 weeks and each time they said they would get back to me and never did. Warning: Don't Prepay with these people! Lesson learned. Avoid

I am giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. Would not tell my worst enemy to go here. Last two times the service has been terrible and I will never be back. Shirt was over 4 days late. Said it would be in today, a Saturday. I go and it’s 1030 and nobody is there! Even though the sign I. The window says SAT 9-3. I am telling you do not go to this place, TERRIBLE. Truly do not know how they still get business, they will never be gettin mine again.

I feel compelled to warn any potential customers of this establishment's staggering ineptitude. The service was almost hilariously bad. They failed to even slightly reduce the visibility of several stains (I later got them out after watching a YouTube video). They also left a note on an item which read, "Worked on it for 30 min. Didn't finish." I thought it was a joke, but sadly it was not. And this was after the THIRD time I came in, due to their false notifications (plural) that my clothes were ready. I would only recommend this place to aspiring small business owners who want to learn how not to run a business.
