Slayed and Faded

This was my first and last experience with this stylist it started bad from the beginning with going to the wrong address. I booked and paid a deposit online for a time slot from 2-6:30pm when I arrived there was a lady in the chair and a lady waiting for services. My service included a wash and her daughter that couldn’t be more than 12 years old washed my hair or more like washed me and her getting water everywhere at this point it was almost 4pm and she had not even started my hair. If I booked a time slot how am I waiting for services two hours later. I decided to leave she never reached out trying to make this right. Shana was very responsive when I was trying to get my hair braided, she scheduled me and I needed to reschedule she was very passive about rescheduling and getting me in which I truly appreciated. During my appointment you talk me through the process of the products she was using on my hair I ABSOLUTELY love that her heart is pure and she has me as a client forever as long as she loves what she does she is stuck with me. Shana doesn't rush and make sure you are very comfortable as she SLAYS your hair!!! Shana keep doing what you do and keep that positive energy ALWAYS. Picture's coming soon!!!
