Unfortunately I have moved out of province 2 year ago. I used to see Amanda for my highlights and let me tell you she is the best!!!! I cant not for the life of me find someone to accomplish what she has for me , she got me to the exact blonde I wanted... every single time!!! She is also such a kind , beautiful lady.
