The only reason I gave 3 stars was because Dr. H and the girl assisting were very helpful; they didn't judge me or my situation and resolved my issues. However, the Mexican girl at the reception desk during emergency dental hours is extremely rude, and her attitude is deplorable. She acts like someone did something personal to her and is unwilling to work with you. As soon as you walk in, she makes you feel unwelcome. She definitely needs to work on how she talks to people.

I’ve been going to PrimaryOne Health Parsons Dental for many years now. I have found the experience to be superior to many private practices that I’ve experienced in the past. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the work is done in a timely manner. I highly recommend it.

One word of advice… It is often easier to get an appointment by stopping in rather than trying to call.

I wanted to give an extra Kudos for the receptionist at the front desk on 7/26 she had long curly hair and she’s pretty. Also she passes out candy! 😉 She heard my cry and she went up and beyond to get my return to work paper faxed… Lord knows we need more understanding people like her. Dealing with all type of raciest and I’ve never seen her fall apart and the line was extra long one day and she kept her cool. Thank you Jesus for her.
