Staff members, including friendly front desk personnel, nurses, and doctors, strive to create a positive environment. The office is clean and well-maintained, making patients feel comfortable. Patients appreciate the attentive care, although it is important to ensure that doctors listen carefully to their concerns. Overall, it is a good place for medical services, including eye exams and WIC appointments, with a focus on providing accessible healthcare to those facing barriers.
Not a very welcoming atmosphere. Physicians leave a lot, and the patients are left with no care. This is an issue for those of us who are being treated for mental health. Scheduling with a physician is months out, over six months at times. The physicians are nice, but the company as a whole is not one that I would recommend. There are better options in the central Ohio region.
I had a sat appointment and the room they put me in was FILTHY.. dried blood was even on the floor..my exam table..yes it had that paper on it but it fell out and there were white stains beneath it...I am filing a complaint with the state's medical board...I became ill the next day..had to miss work!..I came in for a wellness exam and became unwell the next day..smh
I had to visit this building for a WIC appointment for my Grandchildren. The office is located on the 2nd floor and it appeared to be clean and present with generally nice people working.
