I had a leaking hot water tank and Parson got me taken care of the next day when a cancelation opened up a slot for me. Scott came out with a new tank, removed the old one and installed the new one in about an hour and a half. He showed me how to operate the new tank and ensured water was flowing to each faucet in the house. I was quoted a very reasonable price over the phone and the quote was what I was charged. I will certainly not hesitate to call Parson for any other plumbing needs I may have. They were friendly and professional. Thanks for taking care of me so quickly!
Can't say enough good about Parsons Plumbing. Quick response, prompt arrival, excellent work on fixing a leak in both bathrooms after recent remodel where toilets were not properly installed by contractor. Matt and Cody are experts in their craft, courteous and cleaned up after wotk. Will be having them install a heat pump hot water tank next.
Had a leaky portion of ABS pipe replaced. Mike did a great job.
Also when I asked about replacing a water spigot he looked at it and told me the hose was the problem instead of the more expensive option of spigot replacement.
