I was never intending to leave a review but today marks 3 years and a week since I brought my stepson to this location as he was sick for 4-5 days. He was quite pale and had spots on his skin show up on his face. Almost like freckles, as well as an ongoing cough and constant fatigue. This concerned his mother and I. The doctor examined his and we were told the spots on his face were broken blood vessels caused by his coughing, and she prescribed a cough medicine and zofran for his upset stomach. I asked if they accepted my insurance (Aetna). They confirmed that they did accept my insurance. I didn't know otherwise until they charged my credit card $200+ without warning (nor did they send me a bill) 3-4 months after our visit. The insurance company said that they weren't contracted to do the procedures they performed. The number that is listed online for all of the Ohio sites states that these locations are "no longer in service," so you cannot call them back to try to get them to do an appeal. I would not go back given the time I've spent trying to track them down to try to sort this all out.

I was scheduled for a PCR Covid test online and then when I got to the back was told they only do Rapid testing. I had already paid my co-pay- it was a total bait and switch. Staff was unorganized and did not actively listen.
