Ohio State Outpatient Care East offers a clean and bright facility where patients can see multiple doctors in one place, with shared records. The staff and doctors provide excellent care. During an EMG, two nurses were the best, making a patient feel comfortable and well-informed. Dr. Robert Pema is a very good doctor, excellent caregiver, and a great human being, with staff showing kindness and generosity. Physical therapy with therapist Zach was the best experience; he was kind and reassuring, helping a patient reach the first goal of walking with a cane and driving again after a total knee replacement in only 4 weeks. The facility hums with the beat of recovery.
Dr. Eckel is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is incredibly kind, patient, and truly listens to his patients. He was the first doctor to make me feel completely heard and understood.
I love going to Ohio State Outpatient East, I have all my Dr's in one place and they can see my records on other Dr's I see there and know what is going on with them all.
I have had the best experience with my physical therapy at OSU with my therapist Zach. He has been kind and reassuring which has help me get to my 1st goal of walking with a cane and driving again after my right knee was totally replace in only 4 weeks. The facility is clean and bright and hums with the beat recovery. I highly recommend OSU PT and Rehab center.
