“My experience with the Onero program at Precision Wellness has been well above expectation! I started Onero with Todd Zody one year ago due to severe osteoporosis in my lumbar spine and previous spinal fractures. I chose weight training over medication (though some women are doing both medication and Onero) due to researching Dr. Belinda Beck’s Liftmor clinical trials and its Onero program. I found Todd, the first and only Onero trained specialist in Ohio at the time, through my online search. He is incredibly professional, kind, encouraging, respectful, and intuitive, while focused on keeping clients safe in his well-designed studio with 4 weight stations. I look forward to my twice weekly workout sessions that also includes fun and stimulating conversations with the 3 other women in my group. Todd has been my primary trainer but Kristin has been awesome, too, when my schedule changes occasionally. Todd’s program has expanded exponentially because of his expertise. He challenges us with his changing balance/brain exercises that are mixed in with the four core Onero lifts. For the past 15 years, my DEXA scans have shown continual decreases in my lumbar spine’s bone mineral density but my DEXA scan last week showed a 10.8% increase in my lumbar spine!!! I’m still osteoporatic but looking forward to more improvement in the coming years as I continue with Todd’s Onero program.“
