Crews start quickly, finish on schedule, and stay on budget. Roofers are fast, efficient, professional, hardworking, and friendly, clearly focused on quality. The business is described as very easy to work with, organized, professional, and clear from the first call through the final roof inspection. Crews are on time, give regular updates, and answer every email, text, and phone call quickly. Roofing crews are polite, skilled, and respectful while working around homes. Weather is watched closely, and shingle tear-off and installation are planned carefully so only needed sections of the roof are exposed at a time. Thorough cleanup is done at the end of each step, with nails and debris removed from yards and nearby areas. Detailed estimates are easy to understand and walk customers through the full scope of roof work, materials, ventilation, and repair process. Progress photos are appreciated, especially when dry rot is found and shown exactly what needs repair before finishing the new roof system. Helpful suggestions improve projects, including replacing older skylights and checking that attic ventilation is working properly for long-term roof performance. What stands out most is how clearly everything is explained and how much care is put into the workmanship. Jobs are not rushed, and customers are kept informed from start to finish. Customers feel confident in the whole process, and finished roofs look excellent. Neighbors have already asked about the work, and the business would gladly be recommended to anyone needing roofing services. The team also completed exterior projects, including a new roof and skylights, fiber cement siding, detailed trim work, new windows, real cedar siding, and a deck, porch, and balcony using composite decking material. The team stood out for value and responsiveness when plans changed a few times. Questions and adjustments were welcomed, and customers were reminded that it was their home and it should be done the way they wanted. Roofing and exterior crews were polite, efficient, and easy to work with. Cleanup was handled well, communication stayed clear, and follow-up on the final punch list was excellent. The team takes pride in both craftsmanship and service and is highly recommended in Columbus.
