Online check-in is available to help skip the wait, although long waits can still occur if online check-in shows a wait time of over 60 minutes. Their skilled stylists, including talented professionals like Jayson, offer excellent customer service and great styling and cutting skills. The staff is friendly and well run, making quick visits, especially when using the app. Customers appreciate that the prices are half of what some previous haircuts cost, making it a good value. Jayson, in particular, is known for being fast, friendly, and capable of making a quick haircut feel like a full makeover. Overall, Great Clips aims to provide a great cut every time, with professionals ready to offer advice on new styles and products.
Haircut was ok, but the preset tip options felt unusually high for a $19 service (5, 7, 9). Custom tip works, but the button is much smaller than the preset options, which might pressure some customers. It would be better if the custom tip option were the same size and same style as the others.
Always friendly staff. If there is a long wait 60+ mins on online checkin, you may want to just get your haircut another day. Even though you check in does not mean you won't have to wait a long time.
Well run. Pleasant stylists. Quick especially if use the app. For half the price of previous haircuts it is a bargain. My styling needs are not complicated and Great Clips always meets my expectations.
