We had water hammer, I thought, or at least loudly banging pipes. Started happening after we had a new high-efficiency washer installed, so I blamed that. But it turned out to be more of an underlying issue that the new washer (and the way they installed it) brought to the surface.These folks were super helpful on the phone, and easy to schedule when I wanted them to come. Not a rush, so it took about a week. They probably could have come sooner but we were busy and it wasn't an emergency. Plumber showed up on time, laidback, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with our dogs and cats. He ended up securing a bunch of our pipes. 60 year old house, so many had come loose or...read full review
