I hesitate to share my stylist's name so I don't have issues getting appointments. ;-) But if I'm waiting on her someone always checks in with me to see if I need anything. It's a clean, welcoming and no frills, but quality salon with hometown vibe. That's what I'm looking for as opposed to an exclusive feeling fancy spa type place.
I had a great experience here. I had to change Barbers and was reluctant to leave my previous Barber as they were closing their shop. I had come here and found that I was happy I did.
Long story short, I needed to get my nails, feet and facial wax done bc it was the last day of production in my school and I was also starting my 1st day at Urban One Radio Station. So I called a few places and drove all over town looking for a place that accepts walk-ins, I had no luck but KATHI at Exquisite Design went above and beyond to try to get me a nail tech, she texted me even after I found a place on my own just to see if I had resolved! This is the best example of great customer service! PLEASE KEEP THIS LADY BC SHE IS AWESOME SAUCE! WEEEEEEPPPPPPAAAAAA
