I didn’t have any issues with the staff. I went in for a cleaning the reason I’m giving a low rating is because I went in early to my appointment only to be sitting there for almost 2 hours.

Why does this place even bother giving you an appointment when you'll still wait for at a minimum an hour past your scheduled time? It's now approaching 90 minutes sitting here waiting. It's bad enough waiting 90 minutes, but waiting 90 minutes with a toddler? Ridiculous.Last appointment for vaccinations for my daughter they didn't even have the vaccine on hand. For a scheduled appointment. It's not like they had two months or anything to make sure they had what they needed for the appointment or anything... I ended up having to wait nearly 2 hours that time. Over an hour before they even told me they didn't have it, then another 30 minutes while they drove over to over...read full review
