I contacted another Company to re key all my doors and they quoted me about $200.00 more than Craley's. So I tried them and was very satisfied with their professionalism and promptness. I call them back 2 weeks later when I noticed a loose cylinder unrelated to the re keying job. They came the same day and quickly fixed it for no charge.
I want to thank the people at Craley’s Lock Company for doing the honest thing. My wife and I went there this past week for a new key fob. We originally went to a dealer to replace the battery in it and that didn’t work and was told to replace the key fob. We had Craleys order it and when we arrived they took our old key fob and sheepishly said the battery was upside down and handed it back. I want to thank them for being honest and reputable which is hard to find nowadays.
Matt and Crayley’s Lock company were great. Very responsive and fast in dealing with my needs. Most importantly, gave trustworthy advice that solved my problem. Highly recommend.
