Calhoun replaced my hot water tank and I used them as it was the hardware store's provider where I bought the tank. First they increased the labor cost without advising the hardware store, so my bill had to be adjusted to accommodate their increase. They were quick to call and advise they couldn't schedule until 1:00 the next day, that was ok. the next day 1:00 passed and no one showed, I called them at 2:15, they said oh our truck broke down will need to schedule the next date at 10:00. The next day 10:00 passed and no one showed up, again I had to call and ask if they were coming, they said they will be there by 11:00, they arrived at 11:35ish. Calhoun is awesome. I had a root ball in my outgoing sewer line that was sporadically backing water up into my basement. They scheduled me for the very next day. Eric and Will came out and had the water flowing in less than an hour, with plenty of advice on how to take care of other issues I’m having in my 100 year old home. They’re my go-to from now on.
