We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with 1GR Builders! We added a 4 seasons room to our house. Despite a few unexpected obstacles and stretches of poor weather, the team remained perfectly on schedule and on budget—something truly rare in construction projects.

I hired 1GR Builders to make an addition onto my home to connect the garage and house. The finished product is beautiful!!! Everything went so smoothly. I can't say enough good things about their work quality, cleanliness, timeliness, and communication. They got it done within the estimated cost and timeframe. The workers they employ were so professional and friendly, that I didn't mind having them in my house. I am so grateful that I chose them and would definitely use them again in the future! We live in a 100+ year old farm house. The garage area was very cheaply hand built by a previous owner - a total design and structural disaster! 1 GR builders helped us reimagine, design, and create a functional and beautiful space. From conception to execution, 1GR builders was incredible in making a space that is useable, sound, and functional. 1GR builders - especially Kelly and Josh - was patient with design modifications, updates and more.
