We could not be more pleased with the work that Nicholson Builders did in our home. Not only was the work professionally done, but the workers were a pleasure as well. During the many weeks they were here, they arrived on time, cleaned up when they were done, and knew how to handle every situation that came up. We bought our house in 2023 knowing it needed a lot of work. One of the biggest issues was an awkward floorplan and small kitchen on the 1st floor that wasn't working for our growing family.
We partnered with Nicholson Builders on a major renovation project that ran from May to September 2024. The results were transformational and we couldn't be happier with the end result! The new space is modern, functional, and beautiful.

I can't speak highly enough about the experience we had with Nicholson Builders. We had there small projects team come out and do the flooring for the upstairs portion of the house. They were so great about keeping lines of communication open, keeping us updated and getting things done as efficiently as possible.
We live in German Village and therefore have an old home. The upstairs flooring was bouncy and squeaky and those were the main reasons for the flooring update. I cant believe that they were able to get rid of every sinlge noise and every single uneven portion of flooring. They said they could snd they delivered in that. It has truly transformed the whole space.
