“Robert Jones plumber (Mike) has been super helpful, knowledgable and friendlyl!!! They are in the process of replacing our sewer drain which was not really a "drain" anymore as it was just compacted roots inside the pipe allowing no drainage hence why we were getting sewage backing up into our shower. After replacing our sewer pipe they will be sending the augers crew out next to make sure all of our drains are clear from the root situation. It will be great to do laundry, shower and flush the toilet without having to pray that it doesnt overflow again. Definitely recommend ?“
