Incredible customer service. Had my furnace installed by them and 5 years later it's been having a ton of issues. Keith, who I've been working with, is clearly knowledgeable and has been doing everything he can to diagnose the issue and even walk me through some basic things so I didn't need to wait for him. I will recommend them to every one I meet.

I've recommended Westfield to all of my family and friends. They were very thorough and educated me on what was done and answered all my questions. They were able to fix my heating issue and performed maintenance to prevent any future issues. The co-owner, Bob, was very friendly and knowledgeable and very responsive to my calls. I highly recommend Westfield Heating and Air to anyone that is having issues or just needs some routine maintenance.
