I called for service and the was pleasantly surprised when the service man arrived ahead of the scheduled time frame, and he called ahead to say he was 20 minutes out. He quickly fixed the problem, offered info about the company’s membership program which then saved us some money on today’s service and will provide a yearly check of our heating system this Fall. Super nice and professional from the request for service to completion of that service. Highly recommend.

We had a significant upgrade completed a year ago, and one of the components failed (manufacturing defect, not installation issue) Tom Schaeffer came out and replaced under warranty next day. All good!

Brandon was very nice, went right to the job. He explained what he was doing and had to go to the supply place to get a part to fix the bathroom sink. Respectful and pleasant. Reasonable cost. If I need a plumber again, I will definitely call Tom Schaefer.
