My stylist was super nice and I loved it but one of my nail fell off after a week I got them done on the 5th. I’m unhappy with there customer service. I left a message at around 6 yesterday, about 3 hours before they close and they have not gotten back to me at all yet. it’s been almost 24 hours. edit: I would like to add that I do like how healthy my nail was underneath. Someone has reached out to me. And i will be getting my nails fixed. Thank you and I apologize for my frustration.

I had a fabulous manicure and gel-x removal from Terri this evening. While I’m not local, Terri was so kind and told me about some of the fun things to do during my visit. The salon in general is adorable and there were SO MANY POLISH COLOR CHOICES! I wish they had one in Idaho! Thank you, Terri for your keen attention to detail and making my nails look beautiful! If I’m ever in Cleveland again, I’ll be back 🩷

Ellie was professional, wonderful conversationalist, able to make sure everything I wanted was perfect and did a marvelous job! Will be returning for another set soon! Highly recommend!
