Loving our new floor. Matt (the owner) was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We needed a floor that could hold up to a power wheel chair. Matt was able to recommend a number of options at different price points. The Floor Store Direct had a lot more options at great prices compared to any of the other stores we had been. Matt was so patient when it came to choosing the color and style. Matt knows his inventory and suppliers. He helped us narrow down the options. We were able to take home samples to make sure everything matched. Would definitely recommend The Floor Store Direct!!!

Wish I could give Matt and his staff 10 Stars ! We shopped 3 flooring stores/suppliers. The Floor Store was the best of the bunch including the best price. They were beyond helpful & accommodating. Lots of samples to take home and no pressure to buy, only guidance. I'm a retired small businessman (42 years in photography) and Matt treats people like I did. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and just head here first. If I was any more pleased you'd think we were related ! (Note-we are NOT !) Thanks Matt !

Can't say enough good things about my encounter with Matt today. A customer at a different commercial flooring store suggested the Floor Store Direct when I could barely get an answer from the employees at the first place! Matt was kind, patient and gracious. I was visiting family and looking to track down a replacement floorboard, or even just a patch. Matt took the time to find a suitable substitute from his overstock and gave me 3 boards on just a handshake. I will definitely be recommending Matt to family and friends who live in the area..or if I'm ever of need of flooring to bring back home...it would be worth the drive.
