I have to no problems at NOMS loved my previous Dr. Betchel damn good surgeon he replaced my right hip & right knee no complications years after, hate he left. Was introduced to another orthopedic Dr. Friedhoff beautiful personality, did not have to ask questions he knew all about my left knee, sit & listen to all questions and concerns I voiced, will be planning for left knee to be replaced after the holidays. Also receptionist EXCELLENT knew a few when I was Dr. Betchel patient.

Went for a consult. Felt ľ the Dr was in a hurry and when I questioned treatment he wasn't happy. I then decided to wait till we had the mri and scheduled a follow up. He then wanted to push cortisone injection and said that it wasn't like to heal but the injection would bandaid the problem. I reluctantly got the cortisone shot left the office and got home to not be able to walk up my 3 stairs because of the pain with being told I'm find to returning to work. That this is related to my fibromyalgia. The fibromyalgia dr said the pain pass in the knee and it's not the fibromyalgia. Needless to say we are getting a second opinion.

After explaining to a Dr. Mary Anthony that I've been having issues for one year on my right foot/leg they come in and ask me what the problem is with my left foot. Corrected them and explain again and they order a test without even looking at the correct body part. Upon inconclusive test that even the specialist who ran it said it seemed like a waste Dr. sets up a 6 week checkup because I "seem fine."This doesn't even include the fact that I called up the nurse practitioner post appointment asking what the test is suppose to show for my bum hip and she goes "oh that's a completely different problem then the one the drs looking at, we'll have to setup a separate appointment for that" and then never did.I've heard other doctors here are decent but consider other doctors if you get this one.

Don't get hurt around the holidays or if it happens to interfere with the doctors vacation because you won't get proper care. Also don't dare try to have any input into your care or contradict the doctor because he'll get mad at you and won't even give you any going home instructions.

I WOULD NEVER recommend going to this practice. I observed Dr.Wolanin speaking to front desk staff terribly. So verbally abusive- his behavior is disgusting. Then my grandma had to sit in a in an area where she could hear others discussing their surgical procedures & personal information. Open room with a U shape with other patients listening right there. Talk about a Hippa Violation. Then a girl wheeled in a suitcase & I kid you not a suitcase of Medical Files from the Parma office!! They transport your file back & fourth in their car!! I'm 100% positive that's freaking illegal! My God anyone can obtain your file with personal information?? What of there was an accident? Your entire personal private medical file would be all over the road! This place was awful! I'm not taking my grandma back to this place. Do yourself a favor & head over to Cleveland Clinic

I’ve always thought this place was a good practice. I’ve used Mary Anthony for injections. It’s been since 2016 that I saw her last. I called today to schedule an appointment and I was told that I was not able to see her or any other surgeon there. I was told I owed $69.27 from 2016. I asked if I could pay it now and I was told that I said that back in 2016 and never paid. I explained that I had to have forgotten, it was a bad year, my Dad was diagnosed with only 9 months to live; I haven’t seen any documents since then to pay that balance, it’s not even on my credit report. So I was turned down for help over $69.27. How humiliating and what a bad look for this business. I was more than prepared to handle the amount owed. I just needed help, my knees are bad. My family has gone to see her and now they lost their business too. I’m really upset about this.
