I made a call to this office for my aunt on May 1st. RE. my aunt had an appointment the first week of April and they had to send out for preauthorizationto her insurance. It's been four weeks and she hasn't heard from them.My call was with Serena, first I am on hold for 12 minutes + and the authorization letter was sent to them on the 14th per my aunts insurance. Serena tells me they didn't receive it so I told her I have an authorization number but she says she needs the letter. I am told by my aunts insurance that authorization number is good, also told me they can look it up online.
