Great service. Way too many emails, texts, plus phone call from office about appointments. Barraged! A little editing of the communications would be better. Don’t need 6 or more reminders! Come on…Thank you

They are extremely nice and caring. Dr Patton treats you like a human being and not just another patient in an assembly line of other patients. If you're worried about going to the dentist or a coward like me this is definitely the place for you customer service is definitely high up on their priority list.

I've been to many a dentist in my time, and David (Dentist) and Sue (Hygienist) are the best. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! Years and years later, I can confirm that this is still the best dental experience in Northeast ohio.
