My daughter required alterations on her prom dress, so I googled seamstress near me, and Shaker Square Dry Cleaing & Tailoring was suggested. I called and left a message, and a very friendly lady returned my call and we scheduled an appointment for a fitting for my daughter. We arrived abd was immediately greeted. The seamstress was nice, knowledgeable and it was great that she suggested or offered her expertise on length and add-ons. As promised the dress would be ready in 2 weeks. My daughter had a final fitting and left happy with the new fitting. I would definitely use their services again.
Highly recommended! Shaker Square Dry Cleaning is reasonably priced, fast, and most importantly, has some of the best and most considerate service I have ever seen. Truly goes above and beyond to help customers!! Thank you so much for your kindness to a irresponsibly late student. I will be back for all dry cleaning and tailoring in the future for sure!
I have always had amazing service here. They have altered two of my bridesmaids dresses and a few other dresses and pants for me and each time the work has been amazing. They are always so friendly while I am there, the turn around is quick, and they pay wonderful attention to details. Each dress they altered for me fits so perfectly I would highly recommend coming here!
