We hired Rolen Brothers Fence Co. to remove an old chain-link fence and replace it with a cedar shadowbox fence. After having a nightmare experience at Lowe's (resulting in no fence after 6 months), working with Rolen Bros was a joy. From the time I contacted them until the fence was finished was less than a month (and most of that was because it was the dead of winter and single digit temps). They were a bit more expensive than the big box store but the service and quality of the work leave me with no regrets about the extra money. The workers were friendly and diligent. Highly recommend!
Every aspect of our experience was a positive one: the estimator's visit, getting the quote, having questions answered about the quote, scheduling the work, and the work itself. It was a small repair job (replacing two damaged 8-ft sections of a 6ft high wood fence) but Rolen Bros Fence Co. treated us like we were getting a major installation. Unfortunately, we had to go out of town the day the work was done; we were nervous that we might come back to a mess and torn-up beds and lawn. Boy, were we wrong to worry!
